Mar 24,2022my computer locked. i called help nr for Vonetel and i got a live person to respond. the customer service agent was very responsive and walked me thru the complete recovery of my pc. i appreciate that the agent was very good and had considerable patience with me as i am not very well educated in software, computers etc. the agent was very appreciated! thank you,
