Feb 19,2022I seriously think these people write their own reviews! They are very polite and very nice and talk circles around you. My 80 some year old grandmother bought a service program from them for $449 that was supposed to be a lifetime security support then it said one year support of Repair and Services. So five months later which was January she called them for help and they charged her $399.98 for three year security with repair and clean up. Then the gentleman started arguing with me when I said why did she have to pay the second time he started talking about stuff that made no sense at all. And if you call the numbers that they have of 1-800-400-5674 that’s customer service it comes back as a number that doesn’t exist you call the administrative after about 30 or 40 rings it’s hung up on or you call it if someone picks up after two or three rings and then you don’t hear anything for a few minutes and you hung up on. So say this company is legit why are you talking circles around me and not explaining why you charged my grandmother $400 twice for the same service within five months of each other! I could’ve come over and cleaned up her computer free for what these people were charging and apparently the man is like every time she calls that’s why she had to pay it within what is the three-year what’s a three-year service security repair and clean up what’s the unlimited lifetime what’s what is it then what are you paying for every time you call you get paid $400. I am going to get to the bottom of this, because this is unacceptable!!

He was very clear in explaining what he was doing and also explaining what we needed to do and why. As this procedure lasted over several hours Matthew was very patient and was very willing to repeat instructions if we did not understand. This experience was a very positive one and we are very satisfied with this experience and our purchase of service from Vonetel.
