the text in the message boxes in not black enough and is not the same type style as before and also the telephone connection kept breaking up making it difficult to understand the operator

My experience with Vonetel Communications Services has been an excellent one. The technical assistance from Jordan and Matthew was great. They guided me through what I needed to do to get rid of the annoying pop-ups I was getting. I have signed up for a 4 year contract and look forward to connecting with Vonetel if I need further assistance with my computer.
