Feb 13,2025I did not receive any notification about when the collection was going to happen, I had to call and then got an email on the day. This is the second time I have used the service and paid the same although the two collections were not the same size and one was considerably smaller.

Feb 13,2025I was at my front garden when a gentleman gave me a leaflet regarding fitting a water butt on behalf of waltham forest council also it was free of charge. I said I was interested and was told it could be done immediately. I then met another gentleman,SAYED very polite who fully explained everything and fitted it so quickly,left no mess either. Feb 11,2025I was offered a 200L water butt (supply & fit) FREE OF CHARGE by Waltham Forest Servicestore to help curtail flood issues (via their leafleting programme end of Jan 2025). I applied & was accepted, as my ground floor flat belongs to a Housing Association permission was needed (and it was given) to have it installed. I already had 2 x 100L water butts installed, one in 2023 & another in 2024 on the front patio area. I needed another on the back patio but could not afford it this year so it was really fantastic to find out I could have one supplied and fitted for free. From applying to installation, all went well! Communication via emails, texts and phone calls went well, everything was organised extremely well by Waltham Forest Servicestore. Thank you!
