Firstly, I asked for a note to be left on the system for the Engineer who was going to attend site and this was actually done and the Engineer received the information and followed instructions. My Engineer whose name is Sayed, arrived as agreed and was friendly, chatty and really very helpful. Sayed explained everything to me around the installation of my water butt, how it works and what I can expect. Sayed was thorough, efficient and made it process a great experience. Really pleased with the Service.
