Feb 11,2025Surprised but pleased that I was successful in being selected for the free waterbut and have no issues with the person booking the appointment or the fitter on the day. However having asked, when booking, would a "reccy" be done prior to installing to which the answer was no the only information forthcoming was whether I wanted the small or larger butt. When the fitter arrived, on time and very friendly he made it obvious that he couldn't locate and install at the position I wanted in the garden so we agreed to abort the service. I half expected to be put in this situation as it, in my opinion it was "typical Waltham Forest" administration...a reasonable idea but no commonsense or forethought on follow through. A basic online or verbal questionnaire prior to installation could have saved all parties concerned time and money.
