Was with 3 other companies prior to this having failed all my tests beforehand however I joined here and I was really brushed up on my techniques and the teaching is very thorough so you will know every little detail there is to know about driving. I don’t think it’s possible to fail with them!

Jul 31,2019Having failed twice this year already, I had lost confidence in my driving ability, I found this company online and from the very first interaction with them, I found them to be professional and courteous. I had ten hours booked until my driving test and the instructor I was given had a very calm demeanour, he was professional in his conduct throughout our interaction and spoke positive language like “when you pass” and “have you started looking at cars yet?” which helped greatly throughout the lessons and leading up to the day of the test. I passed!.. My confidence has been restored and I can move forward in so many ways. I would definitely recommend this company whether you are a first time driver or if like me you are coming back to driving after failing multiple times.

Jul 30,2019Very bad service. BEWARE.... STAY AWAY. Hassan is the WORST driving instructor, he is a fraud, doesn't know anything about driving. Ahmed, is the WORST customer service person ever, EXTREMELY RUDE and IGNORANT All positive reviews are BOTS or artificially made by the company.. do NOT be fooled.

Jul 19,2019This driving school has caused me nothing but a nightmare. I booked with them, as I read some good reviews about them so I thought they could be trusted. On the day of my first lesson my driving instructor did not turn up due to emergency which is fair enough but what disappointed me was that no one from the office called me to let me know, I called them after my schedule time to then be told that she had cancelled. No one thought it was necessary to call me first to let me know and they’re excuse was, they only found out 30 mins prior well, wouldn’t you call me straight away to inform, me??? They said due to my abusive attitude they had refunded me. I was not abusive I was simply asking why it’s taken them so long to call me if they had found out 30 mins ago. I should be the first one that they called, why am I having to call them, to find out where my instructor is, which in all honesty I have a reason to ask as when I called my driving instructor she said that she told the school a while ago and the should hav informed me so of course I was a little upset but I wasn’t abusive. I had agreed to refund me which I agreed but it’s been 3-7 days now and I still have not received my refund I’ve called them several times in regards to this and called PayPal who informed me that they issued me an excheque which takes time to clear and it would clear on 19th. It’s the 19th and still my payment has not cleared. My driving test is on the 26th, not only have they delayed me with my driving test, they’ve held my money and now I can’t even afford to pay for my other school as I paid them a big sum of money up front e.g £233. So dissappinted. Please don’t be naive like me. When picking a driving school, make sure you do your research. Ask around and make sure you’re recommended directly from word of mouth Because this driving school is disgusting. I’ve been with driving schools in a past, quite a few, from living between Manchester and London and never in my 2 years experience of learning how to drive, (firstly manual and now automatic with them) have I ever had to experience so much aggro with a driving school. Please be diligent. Until I receive my money, I will continue to make a fuss. Ripped me right off!!!!

Jul 15,2019Bina was an amazing and lovely instructor who made me feel confident with my driving. I moved to her from another instructor and learnt so much more from her. She is such a genuine woman and wants to see her pupils succeed. When the test came around she kept me calm and reassured me. She is the best driving instructor you can possible find. I would definitely recommend her!!!!!!

Jul 12,2019These driving lessons were so horrible the instructor repeatedly hit my sister and dug her nails into her arms whilst she was driving and was incredibly unprofessional I urge everyone to report them to the police to have their license revoked...absolutely disgusted

Jul 31,2019From sitting in the car as a youngster I’ve always wanted to know how to drive and ever since I began to learn with “want driving lessons” it was a quick and swift process. It got me on the road within 1 month of beginning to drive and I just loved it. Going from being scared in the beginning to passing first time has only gone and increased my confidence to be a better and safer driver.
