Apr 26,2025Purchased a car through this company. Once I had driven the car away there dashboard light came on and it was clear by the way it was driving that there was a problem. After a couple of days the problem got worse so therefore wanted to return the vehicle. The complaints team were not helpful at all and tried to bully me into keeping the car stating I would not be able to return the vehicle if the dealer did not agree there was a problem. I have now returned the vehicle and have no idea whether the refund is going to be processed or whether I am going to be left with over £6000 worth of car finance debt without evening having a vehicle. Would not recommend this company. So unhelpful!!!!
