Jan 21,2025Awful service, I haven’t had my bin now emptied for 6 weeks - rude staff who argue with you, been promised extra collections for over 2 weeks now and still hasn’t happened. Avoid this company at all costs. Reply - The salon was shut for 2 weeks over the festive period - hence why I didn’t know the collection didn’t go Ahead and I contacted you straight away. No on emailed me on the 9th to see if it had been collected, I contacted you to say it hadn’t via the app. Then another collection was organised for the 16/1 which never happened again. So I phoned again to let you know to be met with a rude colleague. Now saying it will be collected on the 23/1 which will be 6 weeks worth of rubbish at our busiest time.
