Jan 18,2025I have experienced very poor service from Waste Managed. Poor communication results in bins not being collected. Two weeks into my contract, I requested cancellation. This was refused. The service has continued to worsen. More recently, I have been informed that I cannot speak to a manager. I have resorted to emailing the CEOs. I strongly recommend that you do not go with this company, which, by the way, are owned by Biffa.

Jan 18,2025If there is less than 1 start I wish to give them 0.1 start such a worst service. they called me today my renewal is this month 26th 2025. with out my concerns they have renewed the contract and I ask them why you didn't mail or inform me before you renewal they say they have lot of customers so they don't call the customers i have look into the contact and call them how sick is this i have run business or see there contract. really their name suits the business waste and worst customer service I have ever seen. They are looting the customer with stupid contracts. they don't even allow us to read the contract. they will be on call force us to sign the contract now they to read the contract.
