I ordered a specific excellent French wine. What was delivered was something completely different, a cheaper Spanish wine with a totally different name. So I couldn't serve it at a planned dinner party and had to wait days for the wine to be replaced by the original order. Not a good service.

A personal recommendation from Charles Waud who knew my favoured wine was Rioja influenced my decision to buy several cases of this wine. I wasn’t disappointed! The fact that Charles remembered my style of wine in itself was impressive. The wine was exactly as he described and was lovely. Easy to buy and the delivery was prompt and pain free.
