He explained everything so clearly, and was so thorough in his investigations. He is so well qualified with lots of experience. Donald is a true professional!

He completely resolved her ear problem after removed earwax safely. He explained very well all concerns we had. We all recommend him.

May 03,2024Travelled from Glasgow to Edinburgh to see Donald and it’s the best trip I have ever made!! My husband and myself visited for wax removal (me being a little anxious due to medical condition’s). This chap is nothing short of excellent. He talked us through every detail of the procedure step by step, took breaks when needed and was very gentle. Donald made this a very pleasurable visit and we felt relaxed throughout our appointment. I would highly recommend this professional time and time again. Thanks Donald!!

Feb 03,2024We went in to see Donald as my daughter has been experiencing hearing loss. Donald was so friendly and relaxed that my very shy and worried daughter was relaxed and happy. In her words ‘Donald was really good’, which she has never said before and we have seen many audiologists and ENT specialists. He took his time to explain everything and was very thorough. We left feel confident with what her hearing issue is and a clear plan in how to get her hearing again. This appointment was worth every penny and the communication before and after was second to none. I would highly recommend Donald to adults and children alike.

Jan 15,2025I can’t recommend Donald enough! He came well recommended by my ENT consultant and I can see why. Friendly, professional and made the whole process really fascinating. All the information was presented in a truly accessible format and not just in medical chat. Brilliant process with easy booking too.
