Jun 02,2020I met Kevin Whelan 18 months ago through a recommendation to talk to me about SSAS. Over a drink in a London bar he took me through the process and the reasons for moving my pension, but I sensed that he was checking if it was right for me. What struck me, compared to other potential providers I considered, was that he did not try to sell me the idea at all, let alone a hard sell! He just pointed out the advantages over other pensions. I heard enough and when I started to move, Kevin asked me, ‘but George, don’t you want to know how much it costs’? I learnt the hard way that you should not worry about the cost of the shovel when you are digging for gold! As it happens the cost of the SSAS turned out to be very reasonable considering the value, flexibility and service I get from his team. This then led me to join the WealthBuilders foundation program led by Christian Rodwell. It is very well structured, step by step through webinars, mastermind sessions (the list is too long), helping me get closer to financial freedom. The program covers many necessary and practical aspects of wealth building including working with likeminded members and so many resources at your fingertips. At 59, I wish I knew about this many years ago but hey, better late than never. I am still on the program which is now supported by a number of very experienced coaches. having left my job only last week I am excited to have now joined one of the 5% in the population, not exchanging my time for money anymore. Now I can use as much of the time as I like to continue to build my wealth and no longer making other people rich at my expense!

Jun 02,2020For me, SSAS was a daunting subject but I knew it would provide long term benefits as an alternative source of wealth creation. So, I'd like to thank Paul Brooks at Wealth Builders, for the incredible education I've received and subsequent help he has provided since I became a SSAS trustee. The training platform Wealth Builders have developed makes SSAS rules and strategies easy to understand. Without it, SSAS would have been too much of a complicated subject for me to tackle. I really can't recommend Paul and Wealth Builders highly enough.

May 23,2020We’re really glad we’ve signed up – although we’d already committed to the property mastermind with Simon Zutshi – as we’ve realised our aims relate most closely with the wider aims of the wealthbuilder community. So property is a part of that (as a pillar) but it’s not going to be everything. We found the recent BRR mastermind really interesting and helpful too. We also signed up with the SSAS side of the business earlier this week – had been looking into it for a while and decided to get things moving. It has been very helpful understanding that my constant thirst for knowledge is part of my Creator mentality and it could be counterproductive if I overcommit in too many directions! Saying that (during lockdown) I’m now busy cultivating cuttings, am about to start a painting by numbers kit (for fun) and am trying to get back into practicing piano...But controlling my impulse around any other NEW wealth building activities!!

May 12,2020I was highly recommended to reach out and contact with Wealthbuilders towards the end of 2019. I wanted to know more about SSAS at that time and be confident that it was right for me and for the future. Quickly I knew speaking with the team that they are experts in the field and I decided to start the SSAS setup process. Everything went smooth and the training, knowledge and experience all excellent. My SSAS went live in Feb 2020! I undertook investing in a BTL property in Q1 2020 and then wanted to make sure along with education I had the right people, processes and network to help grow my basic plans into serious future plans, to grow both family wealth and also build up a pension to retire early. I looked into the opportunity of joining the 7 steps to Wealth Programme from April 2020 and grabbed it as a necessity to think carefully about the strategy of building wealth correctly and at a pace that fits well with both my skills and also the skills of a bigger team. The other members of the Programme all have diverse skills, knowledge, experience and passion to be successful so the journey is not about being trained, coached and mentored as an isolated person but the opposite of being able to leverage as a group and create collaboration opportunities in many ways. The network is great, the coaches are great, and the business leaders are top rated to make sure everyone who is invited to be part of the process have the highest chance of reaching their goals. Its a dynamic learning process and also tailored to make sure the steps are progressive and always forward facing. Once you understand the wheels of wealth then its about having the confidence to get them turning! I have total confidence that Kevin and the whole team at Wealthbuilders will ensure I am successful with my plans and make sure my family has a legacy to be proud of in the future. I highly recommend that if you are passionate about building wealth plans for yourself and your family, then Wealthbuilders should be top of your list to investigate and speak to in the first instance.

Apr 25,2020Like most people I was extremely time poor and constantly felt like I was chasing my tail and not making much progress. This was very frustrating. I wanted to create a way to build asset income and to maximise my pension and diversify across the pillars. The concept and approach being presented through the foundation programme resonated with me. The biggest benefit so far has been I have been able to be part of a community of like minded people who are on the same journey or have achieved what I’m aspiring to and are willing to share their experiences. This has led me to be more focused and find ways to take action and be accountable to others. Wealth Builders Foundation Programme provides a good starting point and I can see the value add. Still early days, but I think if you put in the work, this programme can deliver. So back to being time strapped, the programme has helped me leverage networks and unlock time and start the journey to build asset income. Christian and Kevin keep up the good work.

Apr 23,2020Before we enrolled in the Wealthbuilders Foundation Programme, we only knew of property as a way to build the passive income needed to achieve financial independence. While having a modest portfolio of properties was great, it was very time and capital intensive, and there is a lot of wait time involved in acquiring the next property. While we were aware of other property strategies, we did not find ones that reasonated with us. With what seemed like a limited choice facing us, we felt we were on a long, slow journey to financial independence. So when we heard about the Foundation Programme, we enrolled in a heartbeat because we knew it would open up avenues for building wealth that extended beyond just property. The programme has introduced us to the process of building wealth, putting property into perspective as one of the few distinct vehicles for doing so. The programme has given us a more complete picture of wealth, going back to the foundations of protecting what we have, to the importance of focusing only on the one next strategy and not to be distracted. We have now seen first hand how people on the WealthBuilders Foundation Programme have applied the process of wealth building and how they are fully supported through mentorship and the wealthbuilders community. Their successes have given us the confidence to embark on a new pillar of wealth knowing that we will have every resource available that we need to make our efforts result in success too.

Apr 22,2020since October 2019. Kevin, who I met several years ago, and Christian have put together a really thoughtful and carefully expanding programme of support that provides knowledge and networking through podcasts, webinars and an incredibly supportive online community. What I have found particularly valuable is the access to experts who have done the same as I am starting to do now. So they have some very real experience that they share openly and it all feels very relevant rather than academic. For me, the WealthBuilders community is about giving me knowledge and the power to have freedom of choice. That feels priceless. I came to this programme as a novice who was focused for many years on working hard but for others. I am still focused on a busy job which I enjoy and wouldn't want to give up. But I also have a strong desire to develop a business that will provide me with that freedom of choice when I want to take it. The approach WealthBuilders provides is supportive, encouraging but also with the important nudging along so I am always making progress and at a pace that fits with life but does keep me focused on my wealth building goal. I've learnt about the different business models, made contacts with people who have gone down a similar path, well along the way to writing a book and have a growing sense of my skills and strengths and where I need to partner up with different people to help me. But still with my eyes firmly on what freedom means for me. I really do highly recommend people to join this programme. I would say in this era, it is a kind and thoughtful programme and that can be rare to find.

They have given me confidence in making better decisions for helping my future for my family. Also the advice on how to start getting my business working for me instead of me working for it. Apr 17,2020I have been following WealthBuilders for the past 2 months and have just finished all of the podcasts. As the owner of a small outdoor adventure travel business and full time public sector worker i have found the information provided by Kevin and Christian to be invaluable. Following on from separate phone calls with both Kevin and Christian I have used the advice received to rapidly grow my outdoor business client base even during this difficult period during Covid-19. I fully intend to join the foundation programme in the future to support the growth of my business and to work on developing other pillars. I have started a stocks and shares isa and are actively seeking opportunities to use the equity in my home to develop my wealth. I am also undertaking joint ventures with other outdoor business owners. In summary over the past 2 months since discovering Wealthbuilders it has provided me an increased knowledge and drive to build my Wealth now and in the future.

Apr 14,2020Dear Paul & Kevin, I was so pleased to hear from you confirming my pension had transferred from my old scheme to the new SSAS. It has taken many months to get to this point, but I believe it has been worth the wait. Three years ago when I first contacted you, your suggestion at that time was to wait, as I wasn't in a suitable position to make the transfer. I have always been very grateful for your integrity at that point, and I'm glad I waited. I have learnt a lot in this time and now feel ready to fully utilise the funds in the SSAS. Thank you also for the very helpful training modules I've undertaken. They have certainly given me a lot more knowledge to safely and diligently deploy the funds. It is great to know that the pension can now also be a legacy for my children. You know this was always important to me and I am very pleased that my family will now benefit long after I'm gone. Being part of the WealthBuilders community has been incredible, full of like-minded, driven people who are always willing to help and really want you to succeed. One of the things I have found most valuable are the 1:1 coaching/strategy calls. Both Christian and Kevin are brilliant at really getting to the crux of your wealthbuilding journey. When overwhelm creeps in they are able to break things down, clarify the situation and direct you on the right path going forward. Having recently had a call with Christian and expressing a degree of overwhelm myself, he promptly connected me to a trusted contact within WealthBuilders who is a specialist in the area I am focusing on. He was more than willing to chat with me and has agreed to help me within my chosen strategy. Oct 24,2019Before joining WealthBuilders I paid large amounts of money to several so-called financial and pension experts but got zero in return (other than a depleted pension and bank account!). Consequently I became very jaded and extremely skeptical about any and all 'financial advise' WealthBuilders however, are refreshingly different. They've given me a huge amount of support, advice and education. I'm a member of their foundation members programme which provides a ton of valuable training material, regular webinars, an active community both in-person and within their private Facebook group... and a lot more! My initial aim with joining Wealth Builders was to investigate a better way to utilise the money in my pension. Within a standard pension there are just so many restrictions that I just left it in a fund for years and only looked at the statement once a year. With WealthBuilders help however, I was recently able to setup a SSAS pension. I didn't even know these existed until Wealth Builders introduced me to the idea. I can't believe how much control I now have and all the different options that are open to me now that I have this setup. Wealthbuilders has thankfully restored my faith that there are people out there who are genuinely interested in helping people improve their financial situation. I can honestly say that, what they've done for me has laid the foundation for a huge amount of financial growth for my family, I just wish I had known about them years ago! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

As one of lifes cynics I was sceptical about signing up to a wealthbuilding course but having already had dealings with Kevin Whelan and Paul Brooks through the setting up of my SSAS pension I was impressed with their breadth of knowledge, support and training packages, so was pretty confident that their Wealthbuilding course was going to be good value for money....I wasnt wrong ! As a Foundation member we were told that we would not be getting the finished article and that we would be helping to shape the future of the course which in itself really added to the whole experience. The course is very well structured and easy to follow with some first class training materials that not only show you how to build your wealth but also how to protect your money to build a legacy for future generations. On top of the course material itself you also get 1-1 time with Christian and Kevin who are so knowledgeable and helpful. If you are not sure you are on the right path they are there to support, guide, challenge and keep you accountable. This year they have also introduced 6 top quality wealth coaches who are experts in their own fields and you also get 1-1 time with these guys which is invaluable, as well as regular Webinars and mastermind sessions. However one of the biggest benefits to me personally is the access to such an amazing network of like minded people all at different stages of their own wealthbuilding journeys, I have made so many new contacts, many have become good friends and it has been worth the money for this support and advice alone, I am also doing business with some of these people that I have met through the wealthbuilding course. My advice Carpe Diem....you wont regret it !
