Nov 11,2022The 7 Pillars of Wealth free eBook. This is a book you can read in 30 minutes, however, I am sure, like me, you will keep coming back to it. The book to me is a Rich Dad Poor Dad on steroids, it will challenge you and really get you thinking. The C5 on the M4 analogy is excellent. Download it, read it, consume it.

Nov 08,2022The Wealth builders team is a great group of people with a community alongside them that are genuinely committed to the financial independence of their members. There is no hard sell to tie you into something, it is quite the opposite in helping you build the analytical knowledge, skills and network to make informed decisions.

Nov 06,2022I've gained so much knowledge listening to Podcasts, and then Wealthbuilders educational online courses really helped me forwards. However, after a question I posted in the Facebook page, I didn't expect to get a reply from Kevin offering to help. And then a one to one zoom call with Paul Brooks really put my mind at ease, and giving me clarity, as he explained a strategy or two that will really help me focus on building my SSAS pension. Many thanks Kevin, Paul and team.

Nov 02,2022I had high hopes when I joined the Wealthbuilders Academy that I had finally found a group who valued integrity and trust, and who could help me find a path towards a financially secure future. 18 months later and I'm happy to confirm that it has far exceeded all of my expectations and genuinely changed my life for the better. As well as the quality coaching and accountability which has enabled me to have already made good progress towards financial security, what has been a game changer is the foundations training, from which I've developed a much deeper understanding of myself, my strengths, what I want from life and crucially how I can achieve it. I've been transformed from feeling like a victim at the mercy of corporate restructuring, to a confident man with a plan who is on the path towards a happy, successful and secure future for myself and my family. What I've learnt is that satisfaction in life comes from the journey of growth and challenge, not from reaching a destination. I can highly recommend joining this community of likeminded, helpful people and finding out what potential can be unlocked in you and where it can take you.

Nov 01,2022Wanted to give my thanks to Wealthbuilders. Firstly I would say that without them I wouldn’t have learned about SSAS pensions in the way that I have which itself has led to being able to smartly establish and begin leveraging my own SSAS. But perhaps more importantly, through both a direct relationship and listening to their various educational podcasts over 2+ years now, I would say that Wealthbuilders has really helped to educate me much more broadly. They offer lots of new, often inspirational thought-starters for thinking about the art and science of building wealth. There is never a hard sell and the quality and diversity of their thinking has provided many points of inspiration on my own journey. I suspect there would be a number of great nuggets for just about everyone. Definitely worth investing just a little time getting to know and appreciate Wealthbuilders. I highly recommend the programme because of all the support you get, the clear roadmap to follow and the built-in accountability. Sometimes we all need a little kick to get going. Having a coach has made a huge difference – I have the accountability I need to take action and the confidence that I’m taking the *right* actions. Big Thank You to my coach Jon Dale who keeps me on track. And a big Thank You to the team for their personal approach, and all the help and support they provide, and for building an amazing community where people genuinely want to help each other.

Oct 24,2022My wife and I have been members of Wealthbuilders for just over a year now and during this time we have developed a plan to become financially secure within the next few years. We could not have done this without Wealthbuilders. There is a lot of educational material to get through to start with followed by making sure things like wills and LPOA are in place. We also saved hundreds of pounds by reviewing direct debits and various insurance policies. We decided on property as our main pillar of wealth creation and we now have 2 buy-to-let properties with more on the way. Our excellent coach Ian Halfpenny has been invaluable. I also needed some advice regarding a business proposal and Kevin Whelan was able to give me 1:1 help with this which was extremely useful. This was all part of being a member of this community and it is great to know that should we need any further help there are many trusted partners in Wealthbuilders who are there should we need them. I highly recommend and if you are serious about building recurring income from assets then you can't go wrong with Wealthbuilders.

I already had some of the pieces of the jigsaw and Wealthbuilders added more pieces, but more importantly, is showing me how to put them together. Everyone I have come across has acted with integrity and honesty and the community is very supportive. Kevin has taken the time to directly help me with my pension charges. Having spent time putting the foundations in place, I am looking forward to accelerating my wealth over the next few years.

Oct 11,2022The WealthBuilders team have been truly amazing in guiding me through the process of consolidating my various pension funds into a single SSAS fund. I also received excellent advice on conducting Due Diligence when progressing my first 3rd party loan which potentially saved me thousands of pounds. Since then I have started the process of another 3rd party loan as well as setup a loanback to my Ltd. company and am very much looking forward to watching my pension fund grow.

They trained me in the complexities of the rules and regulations involved and helped me to develop a strategy to suit my company and my own needs. A pension is such an important subject in anyone's life which requires a great deal of trust in a company like Wealthbuilders. Luckily they have been extremely helpful and trustworthy!

Aug 10,2022Kevin and the coaches at WealthBuilders don't just teach you the fundamental 'Principles' to building wealth, they show 'you'. They are advocates of the model. Sharing real world experiences in an abundance of fields, that gives you exposure to areas of business and opportunity that you would never even know existed! The price of entry is more than covered by the access you get to network with a community of professional 'action takers'. Don’t be fooled, it’s not handed to you on a plate. Stating the obvious: You actually have to work though the content and actively ‘TAKE CONSISTENT ACTION’ to make this journey become a reality. Be proactive in your approach and don’t be scared to ask if you need help. For me this is where the program 10x’d it’s expectations, demonstrating the ‘investment’ I have in myself, rather than the ‘cost given’ in exchange for just information. I was stuck and coached by a professional with confidence, who guided me to a solution.

Aug 01,2022Turning my numerous pension pots into a SSAS was the best bit of retirement planning I’ve done - all thanks to Wealthbuilders. Since 2018 my SSAS has out performed the various pension funds where the funds resided - every year! And the funds are now mine, not simply belonging to the pension scheme that has the obligation to pay me a proportion of what they earn each year from investing the principal. And because they are my pension pot, they will remain available to my dependents when I and my wife have died- had I left it with the pension corporations, they would retain the principal plus residual accrued enhancements. Thank you Wealthbuilders, and thank you Kevin!

Jul 21,2022For me joining the WB Academy has been a life changing experience. From being given a serious of inputs and challenges to confront, to being assigned an excellent coach, to showing me the power of leverage in knowledge, time, connections, resources and more... I have matured in these 12 months probably more than at any point in the last twenty years, I took the program seriously and I dived into a new way of doing stuff, of gettting myself out there and building relationships. For somebody like me, it was gold dust!

Nov 22,2022In 2015 the government started to allow people to access their pension at the age of 55. Only a few weeks later I was at a large property event in Birmingham, where Kevin Whelan was the guest speaker. The timing was amazing as I'd been wondering how I could get the small pot I had. After consultation and many meetings, we formulated a plan, upon executing there was one of my Pension Companies did not want to play ball, using every tactic they could not to release the funds. This went on for two years but Kevin through his team kept pushing back and won for me in the end. An amazing outcome, I was kept updated during the two years and I knew the level of the battle they fought for me. When someone goes beyond the call of duty it’s refreshing. In a battle like this you get to know the people you work with, and Kevin has been the only person I’d refer anyone to for help in this area. Only last month I invited Kevin to speak at my property event here in Belfast, already there was a lady who has followed up and now engaging his services as the advice she was receiving already was wrong.
