Jan 04,2022I first came across WealthBuilders whilst undertaking my research into SSAS pensions, and through this community, I was referred to Kingswood Law IFA Ltd (as trusted partners) to advise on Relevant Life Cover. I was most impressed with the service I received, and in particular, the exceptional service provided by Mike Smith (IFA) in dealing with my policies. My case was time-consuming and challenging to say the least, involving the need to approach numerous insurance providers directly to discuss cover and case specifics; yet Mike's wonderfully clear explanations, great patience, and relentless perseverance, made an otherwise impossible task possible. He is a true professional, extremely diligent in his work, and very personable to deal with. I would highly recommend him and the services of Kingswood Law...first class service. Having started this recommendation mentioning the referral provided by WealthBuilders, it is only fair to point out that I subsequently joined the WealthBuilders community, and have also found this group to share the same traits of professionalism, diligence and service-value. My dealings with Paul Brooks (in assisting with my SSAS strategy), and interactions with Kevin Whelan, Christian Rodwell, Richiko Olrichs and (Mentor) Ian Halfpenny, have all been delivered to the same high standards. The education, support and community spirit of the WB team and the programme members has certainly help me accelerate my journey in both the property and pensions pillar in particular. It has given me laser focus to get to financial security, independence and abundance within 3-5 years as well as a pathway to step out of the corporate rat race. Great value for money and time!

Dec 14,2021Having set up a SSAS and Ltd Company in 2019 for managing SA/Holiday lets I drifted around investment opportunities with the SSAS before joining WB Jan 2021. The focus and clarity plus support from the WB community have provided invaluable in using a loan back to help grow the business and to attract investors. Its an exciting 3-5 year journey that we are on and I look forward to working with WB in the years ahead.

Dec 01,2021I joined WealthBuilders just over 6 months ago. At that time I knew I wanted to be financially independent but I felt rudderless. I happened upon Kevin Whelan talking on Clubhouse and had to check out what WealthBuilders was all about. And I am happy I did. Now I have a plan and I know where I am going! I created this with help from my wealth coach (we have monthly calls). There's a big emphasis on education and I spent most of those six months learning as much as I could about my pillar and strategies. One of the best bits of the program is being held accountable for taking steps forward month in and month out. When I look back on what I have achieved I am astounded. I have got my will, LPA and insurances all in place. I feel like an adult! Ha! Plus, the community is incredible! So supportive, warm and helpful.

Nov 22,2021I have known Kevin for a number of years after first seeing him present at a property event. I must admit, I was quite sceptical to start off as i'd had some bad advice in the past. Kevin provided me with some key bits of information during a couple of phone calls regarding a SSAS in relation to my Father's pension, which resulting in us taking control of my Fathers pension and ultimately his retirement, which I will be forever grateful for. He now has a virtually perpetual income and an asset that is growing in value every year! I am an avid listener to the Wealth Builders podcast and find it very inspirational and full of useful knowledge and advice as well as interviews with people that have successfully put strategies in place to improve their financial position and their lives. I am also a member of the online community as well as the Facebook group which again is full of great content to support people looking to grow their wealth and reclaim their time. Yes, Kevin and his extended team are truly knowledgeable and always on hand to help, but the service they offer is so much more than that. What has struck me is Kevin's personal touch. I ran into a problem, which it could have been argued was outside the scope of what I had signed up to. Kevin, without any fuss jumped on a call. I'm so greatful to have been able to utilise you as a much needed sounded board that day Kevin - you boosted my confidence enormously too, rather than making me feel stupid over what had happened. Oct 14,2021The world of financial management advice is full of individuals and businesses offering advice, the problem is a large number do not have the depth of skills and expertise to add real value despite taking a fee to do so. Thankfully there is a bright star in this industry - Wealth builders. From the first phone enquiry phone call their support to me has been targeted, thorough and professional. 18 months after hearing about SSAS for the first time I now have mine set up and a clear strategy as to how to make the best of it. Both Kevin and Paul have worked hard to guide me on the journey, avoid pitfalls and ensure they understand what I am trying to achieve. An impressive outfit.

Oct 12,2021Hi Everyone Just a quick post to say how grateful we are to have found this community. We were already retired early thanks to our pensions when we met Kevin Whelan. Since then we have embarked on this new wealth building adventure, joining the Academy in July. Our primary pillar is property and SASS is definitely a future goal. In the meantime, we took the opportunity to review our existing SIPP pension arrangements. A straightforward review with IFA Andy at Kingswood Law has delivered stunning results… An annual saving in charges of £15,000!!!! For just a couple of hours of our time. That's significant additional compound fund growth just by changing provider in line with our existing objectives and risk profile. Absolutely brilliant. Confirmation that there are multiple levers to be pulled and the best confidence booster. Onwards and upwards….. 😁

Oct 05,2021Quite simply if you are looking to explore the world of SASS by moving it from a corporate pension scheme or a SIPP you cannot do it without the invaluable advice of the team at WealthBuilders. The team of Kevin Whelan, Christian Rodwell, Paul Brooks and Garry Whelan together with their comprehensive on-line training modules gave me the tools I needed to know to make an informed decision around the complexities of a SASS. I do not believe you can go down the SASS route without having this team there to help in the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to explore the SASS set up and having them there to provide sound knowledge and comfort along the way.

Oct 05,2021WealthBuilders helped me transfer my SIPP into a SSAS (in conjunction with Empowered Pensions), providing excellent advice along the way! I have liaised closely with Paul (Brooks) throughout this journey and highly recommend other people to do the same. As far as I am concerned WealthBuilders is the best organisation in the UK to work with in this area - you will never meet a team that is more experienced and more passionate about your pension!

Oct 01,2021I was referred to WealthBuilders by a colleague who had worked with them on his SSAS. I knew I wanted a SSAS pension but I wasn't sure where to start. WealthBuilders guided me through the whole process and the online training modules were superb. Any questions I had were answered quickly and explained fully. The 1-2-1 sessions are really valuable and help me to make the best use of my SSAS. I highly recommend the whole team at WealthBuilders, with a special shout out to Garry Whelan who's been fantastic!

Oct 01,2021My wife, Michelle, and I joined WealthBuilders in July. They had been recommended by a work colleague. So we attended an online session hosted by WealthBuilders which explained their ethos and goals. We were immediately surprised and impressed by everyone who was part of the session: their openness, friendliness, obvious integrity and motivation for being part of the organisation. It seemed that everyone had an altruistic reason for building personal wealth and the freedom that affords. They were not merely in it "for the money" but for the time money releases to pursue other interests and "giving back" to family, community, society or the world in some way. We were very, very impressed and decided to sign up immediately. Since then we have had our eyes opened to so much that we had previously been oblivious to or were putting off until later. There has been so much to learn - and we are not there yet by any means - but there have been some immediate benefits which are positioning us well for the future - both personally and for our business. A change of accountants is proving to be a real boon in terms of time, advice, and practical knowledge (and a saving in cost over the previous accountants: "more for less" as it were). We now have an IFA who is helping with pensions and life cover. Being part of WealthBuilders gives us access to monthly sessions with a personal "wealth coach" - who is a guide and an encourager on our journey. We are thinking about our futures, and those of our children and grand-children. It turns out there are many ways in which we can prepare for their futures. Money and resources which would otherwise be lost or substantially reduced can be legally ring-fenced so that we can leave a legacy that we can be proud of. None of which we thought was possible until the people and resources in WealthBuilders educated us to understand. We can honestly say that joining WealthBuilders is the best thing we have done in many a year. Thank you WealthBuilders!

Sep 01,2021Having listened to WealthBuilders podcasts for a few months I decided to take action and review my 'foundations' and 'roof. I had always though I was on top of my bills and costs changing insurance providers regularly. However one thing I hadn't done was review my life cover vs what was actually needed. My wife and my life cover was a decreasing policy on our old house, we took out more appropriate cover (over 2.5x more) and still saved money! Some valuable free advice :) Thank you Dom

I usually listen to them on the drive into work and find that it gets me in the right frame of mind for the rest of the day.
