Always receive great service here. Been shopping at Webbs in Hagley for years. Never had any issues. Love all the products they sell, the cafe is nice, and most importantly the staff are always very approachable and happy to help

Fantastic service from the lovely Ana who is an absolute asset to Webbs and we had a delicious breakfast!! The team there are always fantastic and the food is delicious and I enjoyed a fantastic gelato which was superb!!!! Keep up the fantastic work!

This review is regarding the pet shop department. I must say, it’s wonderfully stocked with soo many different types of fish, accessories including tanks ect, rabbits ect. The main reason for writing this review was regarding the young , enthusiastic young man who gave us soo much interesting information regarding the food for the lizards 🦎 he really loved his job and it showed through his customer service. Well done and we hope that Webb’s reward you somehow for your service, and thank you from our granddaughter Lilly who loved the time you spent with us.

Ordered a garden hoe on 11 May and it came on the 13 May. It was exactly as we ordered and we were made up with it. Good price as well. Would definitely order again from them.

Unfortunately, the plants arrived damaged through being thrown arround by the numpties at DPD. On reporting this, they were quickly replaced and look top quality plants...5☆☆☆☆☆

Rose bush delivery damaged in transit and resealed badly by courier, DPD. Webbs wasted no time in preparing and shipping a replacement. Well done to Webbs Direct and Andy who was understanding, kind and very quick to rectify. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I placed an order for several items - a birthday surprise for my husband. I sent Webbs an email regarding a concern about the order. Expecting a return email response, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an actual phone call from Andy. He was an absolute star in addressing my concern and has gained a faithful shopper for life. There are but a few companies who have demonstrated such exemplary customer service! Well done, Andy!

I ordered two identical plants. Within a day I had an apologetic message saying that Webbs had made an error in their stock number and could not supply them. However they could fulfil the order by using another company who would provide the plants on their behalf. I asked them to go ahead and the plants were delivered a couple of days later. The plants are good and were well packaged. The whole purchasing experience and customer care was excellent. Thank you. Janet

Very easy to order, the website is clear and all of the information I needed was there, customer service are fast and efficient and Andy was very helpful. The raised beds I ordered were delivered next day, courier was great. Easy to put together and place in my garden. Excellent experience, I’ll definitely order from Webbs again.

We visited Webbs at Wychbold with some of our residents. Customers were incredibly kind letting us go ahead of them into restaurant. Staff in the restaurant were top class. We were immediately and personally looked after by Paul who went above and beyond to take our orders and support our residents with thier choices. Sharon also supported us ensuring everything was alright at all times. Izzy supported us with payment ensuring we got individual receipts and were looked after. A perfect example of strong, kind and empathic customer care. Thank you.

I ordered a Rose, as an Anniversary present for a friend who is a keen gardener. She was absolutely thrilled and said it was a very healthy strong plant, beautifully packaged. I would not hesitate in recommending Webbs garden centre. The service was excellent.

Ordered something for £400 with 1-2 days delivery. After 4 days recieved an email to tell me they don’t even have the item. I had an electrician booked to wire the item. Awful customer service and have to wait 3-5 days for refund. Don’t order anything online

I ordered a garden furniture set on the 23.3.23. When it arrived the delivery men left it in the boxes and went. It was certainly not made clear that this would not be assembled upon delivery. As a result I had to pay someone to assemble it and dispose of the mountainous rubbish. Webbs did acknowledge that this should have been made clearer and have since changed their website to avoid confusion. To be fair, Webbs refunded me £100 towards the assembly and disposal of the rubbish. However, the parasol and base did not arrive with the set. I contacted them and they said it was on the van for delivery. Parcel came but only the base, not the parasol. Rang again - it was on another van. The final item arrived on Wednesday 12.04.23. So this was sent as three separate . There was no notification that this would be delivered in three parts and I had to query and chase the other two deliveries. This meant I waited in three times as I am not altogther happy them leaving it in a safe place. I spent a lot of time contacting them, and although I was satisfied that the original issue of it arriving flatpacked was addressed, the whole experience has been very stressful. Because the order arrived in three I now have to wait until someone can put together the base and parasol. I have to say that telephone contact was handled well and professionally, and I do realise that they are at the mercy of the couriers. However, customers should be advised if orders are going to arrive left upacked and under separate cover. Had I known I certainly would not have ordered from them. Dreadful, stressful experience.

I recently ordered a lovely Forest Sleeper Arch for my garden and received a delivery a week ago, as promised. But.. … the delivery should have included 5 parcels but the courier left only 4. I was devastated as I have had awful issues with incorrect deliveries from other companies. I telephoned Webbs Direct, spoke to Andy and explained the issue. Since then, Andy has been working to sort out the problem and has contacted me to explain what he was doing almost every day. Today he has phoned to say that my missing parts will be delivered directly from the manufacturer. I would like to thank Webbs (and in particular, Andy) for the exceptional service I have received, the best from any business I have dealt with. Amazing 🤩

Weather and roadworks kept getting in the way of a delivery. I was offered a refund if I wanted but all sorted. Very happy, great customer service.

I received three boxes of plants from here and all were top quality and really well packed. I was so please with them compared to some places that send half dead looking plants. I would most definitely use them again.

I have been a customer for a long time now and have had a great experience with buying the outdoor items such as Barbeques in fact I have spent over 10k in the last 12 months . I have also spent a lot of money on the cheese section we brought cheese last week that was truly old and not suitable to eat, I complained today, unfortunately, the complaint fell on deaf ears, no offer to change the cheese nor an apology just a blank face and a comment to her college, I paid £15 for the cheese what a shame totally let Webbs down

Wow what efficient service only ordered online Monday dispatch Tuesday and arrived Wednesday morning. First time I've used webbs direct and will definitely recommend. Excellent quality plants biodegradable packaging and grown in #peatfreecompost
