Ordered an item in the Boxing Day sales. It has taken until 6/1 to be notified the item is not in stock and the order cannot be honoured. Item can no longer be bought on other sites that did have stock and the time of purchase. Awful service.
Ordered 2 items online that were showing in Stock. Checked my bank account to find money refunded but no email or call to say why? I called customer services who were dismissive saying yiu have been refunded as outof stock. I asked why they didn't communicate this to me, her reply was oh you should have received an email but nevermind you have a full refund. What a joke. Very poor.
Would have been able to find a replacement tree topper in time for Christmas had your shop cancelled it yesterday instead of today at 4.40pm. Now we wouldn't have a tree topper on our tree as we wouldn't be able to have the replacement one deliver on time. Thanks for wasting our time. Despite you telling me its out of stock however shockingly your site still list it as limited stock which is appalling. I am very disappointed with your shop and at how badly organise your stock taking is for your online shop. We will never shop with you again. Will never recommend this shop best go elsewhere if you dont want your order to get cancel. First time customer, never again. ( As to your late reply below, its too late now. We have already received a refund and bought it somewhere where they actually have it in stock.)
Having initially received a bird table that had been damaged in transit I contacted customer services who immediately started making arrangements for a replacement - having apologised for the inconvenience. As a replacement was not readily available from any of their stores, Andy did keep me in regular contact to make sure that I had an up-to-date position on what was happening - which was great as I specifically wanted this particular bird table although they had offered an alternative or refund. The replacement arrived when scheduled safe and sound and completed the exchange with the damaged one. I appreciate that these things do happen from time to time but the key thing is to get it rectified without fuss and with minimal hassle for the customer - which on this occasion Andy managed to do really well. thank you!

I bought garden sofa set and didn't get it . Was waiting 2 weeks .Nobody phoned me , Nobody texted me to give any information. I sent 2 emails and nobody replied me , then I phoned twice and finally I got message that my parcel was lost . :/

Never had a plant delivered in such good condition and so professionally packaged. Definitely worth the cost of having it sent to get it home ready to plant. We will make Webb our default source for plants in future
We have been going to Webbs for years and spent a lot of money there during this time But earlier this month we made a significant purchase which arrived damaged. My wife contacted customer services (with photos) online - after a long time I got a call from the shop asking us to send the details to two email addresses which my wife did. Nothing heard - my wife emailed again - nothing heard and Still Nothing Heard - They are ignoring us!! We are so disappointed with this behaviour especially as we are Members of their club - Not for much longer - Damaged Goods And Terrible Service - a Disgrace! Update: Well that is interesting, after putting this review online we were contacted by Webbs which means that they do have our emails and photos. So not only is the customer service awful their IT is also incompetent - although I have seen this excuse a few times on other feedback so perhaps Dishonesty is an appropriate word? I don't know, we will reserve judgement until our issues are resolved. We will update our review once progress and satisfaction is achieved Update 1/10/2022 I am concerned and perturbed that after contacting Sarah Brooks by phone as requested I am now getting emails saying that I have two days to respond - this really isn't best practice, bullying and trying to pressurise wronged customers into submission. I do despair and hope that this is sorted out as soon as possible. Update 4/10/2022 The damaged goods have now been replaced and we are now back to being satisfied customers
Really really poor service. Travelled from Huddersfield and purchased one of their canopy / parasols for just over £800 - advised delivery would be in 5-7 days 14 days later I’m having to chase the order up, it took 5 phone calls for them to get me through to the right department, as once I’d been transferred to the wrong one they said you’ll have to hang up and re dial as I can’t transfer you back - what? A further 3 phone calls and finally they find my order - “oh yes we can see it’s here, it’ll leave us next Wednesday” - it’s currently Tuesday, so I ask why it’s going to take a further 8 days to ship and I’m told due to the queens funeral - which is 6 days after the call. So begrudgingly I think sod it I’ll just wait - get a text from panther a week later advising will be delivered tomorrow (it’s now 3 weeks after paying in full) then I wake up this morning to the following text from panther! (Pictured) They’ve not even handed it to the courier! Extremely poor service, poor resolution handling and poor way to do business. Contemplating asking for a refund ** FURTHER UPDATE ** Called today to give them a chance to rectify the issue, spoke to a chap who said he needed to go and look into this for me, 3.5 hours later i still haven't had a return phone call and when attempting 2 further phone calls to them this afternoon im told the "leisure team is not available" Absolutely. Embarrasing!
I bought the Ryeford wooden arch from Webbs Garden Centre and quickly noted the crack of the pillars. I got in touch and they utterly wasted my time with various excuses ( ‘can the split hold a 2p coin?’, then a £1 coin?, then ‘sorry we can’t change them ( after the criteria above were met). No need to mention, I wouldn’t transact with this company again. Update 20/09/22: I have since received a contact back from Webbs explaining how the cracks are not unusual as natural wood. They also offered a token for my troubles or a full refund. I have since installed it and it looks good. So 2 star reviewed to 4 star!
Bought a plant from Webbs online and within 2.5 months it had died which was really surprising. I’ve bought plants from them before and never had any problems with plants dying so soon. I called up to complain and was asked to send in photos of the dead plant. Photos were emailed and I’ve never heard anything back since. It’s now been 3 emails later chasing a response and I doubt very much they’ll reply. DISGUSTING service from Webbs. I will never ever order any plants from them again. I only wish I had read the many negative reviews before giving them my money. AVOID using this company at all costs!!!!
Had some issues being given the run around for the delivery of my purchase and Webbs Direct didn’t seem to want to take any responsibility for issues caused by their courier of choice. It was disappointing to discover that customer service is poor as I received no response to my enquiries about my order, therefore I would not risk ordering from this company again. Unfortunately because of this I cannot really recommend purchasing from Webbs Garden Centres or Webbs Direct. I just wish I had read the previous reviews before placing my order!
The item I bought online did not clearly specify the dimensions. So I wanted to exchange the product for another one, but they wanted to charge me £10. Not sure why, as the original delivery charge was £4.95.
First of all, my order couldn't be completed because of insufficient quantity. Customer services informed me what they could do and I accepted. Order received and there was a problem. I sent photos and customer services got back to me, a few swift emails and I was a happy man as they out did my expectations. Would recommend. Web order 7222347
First time ordering from Webbs and cannot fault the service. Ordered RSPB Super Suet Balls yesterday morning and they arrived this morning. Very well packed. I notice some of the reviews on here not so good but I can only relate to my experience which was flawless.
Why do staff not know their selling products, asked 4 attendants if they sell artificial grass they sent us around the centre no one knew...

Jan 31,2023bought a timber garden arch from webbsdirect unfortunaltely one pce of timber was broken, after reporting this another replacement pack arrived the next day! cant ask for more than that!!
