From my initial contact on October 23rd 2024 with Polly to the removal by Liam on November 3rd 2024, We Buy Any Stairlift were a pleasure to deal with. Polly made sure that she had all the relevant information from me on which they could base their quotation and a visit to remove the stairlift date was agreed. My sister attended the house on the day of removal and Liam was punctual, caring and calm.The stairlift was dismantled and taken away quickly with no fuss or mess.Please accept our thanks for a job well done👍👍

Received a better offer for the stairlift than from another company who quoted, and we were paid promptly at the start of the appointment. Would recommend.

Oct 02,2024I contacted WBAS via the website along with a couple of other similar companies. WBAS offered the best price for my late parent's Stannah and I agreed a date with Polly. I then went back to them to see if they could also remove a short stairlift and they agreed. Danny arrived on time after a 5-hour drive from Yorkshire on the arranged day, removed both and paid the agreed amount in cash. He was very efficient, polite and personable and left the premises as clean and tidy as when he arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WBAS.

I was concerned they might be like the stairlift company who installed it and maintained it and the offer to pay for the stairlift was a hook but then they would find a reason not to pay. I am pleased to say they were completely straight and communicated very clearly, did a very efficient job and no quibbling. A very positive experience and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
