Sep 19,2024The engineer came on time and did the job efficiently and tidyly. The communication from the company was good and we were kept informed of timescale, etc. The title We Buy Any Stairlift is slightly misleading as they actually don't. No money was paid for the stairlift and a charge of £240 instead, was charged to take it out and dispose of it. We knew that and paid, but it's not what it says on the tin!

Sep 17,2024Came earlier than allocated time. Was done and out within the hour. Excellent service. I got paid and off he went. I may of helped the quickness as I swiped down the poles as they were quite dirty. Even the stair carpet looks okay.

We buy any stairlift were great, yes you’re not going to get a fortune back but the communication was great and an appointment arranged for the removal. It was done quickly and efficiently, without any problems and a nice tidy job. Thank you very much
