Oct 25,2024Very impressed with this company. I needed to arrange the removal of a stairlift from my late parents in law house. Within a very short period of submitting the application (less than an hour) I received a quote which I accepted and I again received a very quick reply to state they would be in touch to arrange an appointment for removal. They contacted me a couple of days later to arrange a date and specific time for the removal of the stairlift later that week. The engineer was prompt, arriving at the stated time . He was friendly and efficient, completed the job within the allocated time slot and left the area clean and tidy. Very impressed from start to finish.

Nov 12,2024Contacted over 10 so called buying service companies & we buy any stairlift was the only one I could honestly recommend. They made it so easy. No waiting for days wondering if the lift was sold or not. Price agreed pick up date arranged within a week & payment in cash as soon as it was removed….. just a great service….. before you think of going anywhere else DONT!!!!
