They gave me an appointment to remove the stair lift for just a few days later and sent clear messages about what would happen by text. They removed when they said they would and sent photos of the work done. Whilst on this occasion I wasn't able to get any money for the stairlift as it was too old, I was pleased that it would be taken away and used for parts rather than going to recycling/landfill. I'd recommend using them.

Jun 19,2024Had a stairlift to be removed in a recently purchased house. Contacted WeBuyAnyStairlift and cannot fault them at all - would definitely recommend. From the initial enquiry and appointment booking with Megan through to Nathan cheerfully removing the stairlift in less than half an hour! The electrics were left safe and we’re left with a wider staircase and hallway and a bit of money for it as well. Many thanks!

Jun 19,2024I have given a 4 out of 5, which isn't really enough, but I don't feel that I can give them a 5. Their service was excellent, Nathan was very efficient (and cheery) and actually got to the house earlier than the appointed time (and me) and very tidy. The only reason for less than a 5 is that I feel that the £200 given is a little on the low side, albeit better than I could find elsewhere.
