Jul 10,2024We needed a stairlift removing urgently. The manufacturer, from whom we bought it,offered to remove it sometime in the following 2 weeks for which they would charge us £200. After a call to Webuyanystairlift, we were offered an appointment within 3 days and they would pay us ! Matt turned up spot on time, paid us the agreed offer and had seamlessly removed the lift within 30 minutes. Cannot praise the service enough.

They have engineers available in most areas of the country so they offered an appointment within a week of our request. Customer service staff were supportive and attentive to our particular circumstances WOW that too is rare these days.
