Aug 02,2024The service was excellent I was warned that there would be a delay until there was an engineer is my area The engineer rang to let me know he would be early for the appointment, and was quick, tidy, and careful to avoid mess, whilst removing the stairlift and packing it up My only reason for not giving five stars for an otherwise exemplary experience was that the engineer gave me a sealed envelope with the agreed sale price, £200, written on it by his office, but when I opened it there was only £100 inside The engineer was appalled, rang his manager, and gave me a further £100, to make up the agreed price. Mistakes do happen, but one should always check.

Nathan the engineer turned up nearly 30mins early as his previous job was literally 8mins away! Took hardly anytime at all to get the stairlift removed and in his van. Nathan was also kind enough to help me put the rail back up that we had to remove to fit the stairlift in the beginning! Very happy!
