Hard to get get rid of a secondhand stairlift. Don't mess about with others, not worth the hassle as I found out.

Feb 08,2024As others have said, this company name is misleading and a blatant lie! They do not buy ANY starlift! I know because i tried to sell them one and they offered to remove it for £240! Me pay them! What a waste of time ringing this company! Then the person i spoke to sent me a text quotation for removal after i specifically said i had been offered £250 from a competitor! Wasting my time again! Unbelievable! Why would you even do that? It seems, judging by the good reviews this company does have something to offer which is why i rang them in the first place, but my advise would be to phone around! There are plenty stairlift companys and lots of them don't have a lie in their title! Edit:8/2 Thank you for your response. Firstly, i didn't say seven years old, I gave the exact date of installation of 14/11/17 which is just over six! Secondly, you presume I read your website, but I simply searched your phone number and called. I have now read your website and I agree with you that it clearly states you dont buy stairlifts over 5 years old. So,you DONT buy ANY stairlift. He was pleasant and polite, getting on with the job without grumbling and handing over what we had agreed professionally without needing to be chased. Left it all clean and tidy. Megan and Polly in the office communicated well with me too.
