Jan 16,2024I can recommend this company - they did a very professional job removing a fairly new Handicare 1100 stairlift, and gave me £50 for it. It is good to know the stairlift will be reused and not just junked. Note though that they only book removals one week in advance.

Jan 16,2024Excellent service, made appointment in December prior to holidays and was informed that it would be Early January before they could collect stair lift and truto their word they contacted me and collected it on date and time arranged. It took 40 minutes to remove with very little mess by a very polite and professional young man. Previous companies I had contacted wanted to charge £500 to remove it. In contrast this company actually paid me. First class service beginning to end.

On the day of removal, I was contacted by the engineer giving me a time of his arrival which was achieved. Removal was carried out in a speedy and proffessional manner by a courteous and friendly engineer. I would recommend this company to anyone

Matt had the stair lift removed and wrapped up within an hour. He was very friendly, polite and was respectful of our home. Nice guy. Job well done. Thank you.

Jan 13,2024Website and name are misleading. They do not buy ANY stairlift. They do not BUY any stairlift. They buy SOME stairlifts. With any older stairlift or any stairlift that they don’t BUY for any other reason they charge a lot of money to take it away. That is not BUYING ANY stairlift

He removed the stairlift with no issues or problems in a speed and safe manner. The website was clear and easy to navigate with a simple clear request proforma to see if the type, make and model was acceptable. In our case it was removed free of charge with a bonus £50 for the Stairlift. The response to the query was fast with excellent service with an appointment from query to removal in 4 working days.
