No mess, no hassle, everything went as they said it would. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others . . and sadly that's not often something you can say these days !

After the company who supplied the stairlift didn't follow through on their promise to buy back and remove the stairlift I contacted we buy any stairlift to get it removed. Pleasant lady on the phone took my details, I sent them some pictures and within the hour an offer was made and the stairlift was removed by Nathan the following week. Website is easy to navigate - I chose to email them and upload pictures of the stairlift. They responded via phone within 2 hrs with a price. They then rang, plus texted with a date to remove a day later. The team that removed the stairlift were tidy and efficient. Money given on removal. Very pleased with the service.
