Mar 26,2025Excellent!! Albert was recommended by a friend earlier this year. Took my wife's Skoda fabia for mot and service in February,welcome and friendly from the start. All done and dusted and text to say ready for pick up same day. 25th March my Skoda karok in for service and mot. Some work needed but kept up to date with texts and photos. All completed and text for pick up by 3.oopm. Albert showed me all the replaced parts etc could not have been more helpful. We will use from now on and highly recommend to friends. Alan.

Feb 14,2025Thought my brakes had some issues, ended up being nothing but my car sitting still for a month and being a bit grumpy. The mechanic was very thorough, we went on a test drive and after everything he did not even charge me for the checkup.

Not only did he fit me in at short notice, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my car was back in top shape. They replaced all my shock absorbers for a very reasonable price and carried out the work efficiently. They also provided me with helpful advice and quotes for getting my car painted and touching up some scratches. What really stood out was there friendly and professional attitude. They made the whole experience stress-free and took the time to explain everything in detail. It’s rare to find somwhere who genuinely cares about their customers, and they exceeded all my expectations. Nov 14,2024I first discovered Albert and West Coast Motors in the Spring when he fixed my car at the last minute when I really needed it. He definitely got me out of a potential hole! The service I received then meant I didn’t think twice about using him again this week for my annual service and MOT. His customer service is second to none. He kept me informed throughout the whole process via WhatsApp explaining what was needed and why. When I asked about needing additional work, he explained why it wasn’t necessary to do it at this time, when he could do easily have just done it and charged me more. I won’t use any other garage now and will definitely be recommending them.

Oct 25,2024Absolutely fantastic experience. Booked in at short notice for an MOT and interim service and needed to know what was making a rattling noise on my Evoque. Albert (Dee) kept in touch with me via WhatsApp through the day with pictures, prices and information. This makes things so easy when you’re working in the office. At pick up, Dee and his colleague identified the rattle, sent me a video of it and told me what to do to get it sorted. Paperwork very professional. Such a nice guy who saw me out and gave me a good handshake. I will be back and would recommend to anybody.

Oct 18,2024West Coast Motors is now my go to garage and Albert is now my mechanic of choice. After being stung by plenty of garages in my time, this company has restored my faith in the industry. I had my MOT and full service undertaken at a great price; the service and communication from Albert and his team were second to none (always kept in the loop with photos and texts). This is how a business should be run and so often isn't: reliable, honest, on time, well priced and friendly. Albert is the real deal and his musical taste isn't bad either. I know I'll be recommending West Coast Motors to my friends and family.

The garage was recommended to me by a friend and from day one/first service I have decided that Albert and his team will be one servicing my car from that day onwards due to the prompt, friendly service it was provided and most of all, their cost are very affordable as Albert always try to find the best affordable (repair) solution for your vehicle... Albert and his team are so attentive and caring that they will make the time to explain in details and show you what the issue with the car and what is the best solution for it. West Coast Motors have diagnosed and managed engine issues for me in a timely manner and competitive price. They also addressed body work issues, after someone drove into my vehicle. The quality of the work was excellent. I’d never go anywhere else and would highly recommend 100% first class.

Apr 05,2024First class excellent service. Have been to this garage to have certain things done to my car. Everytime I call the work is done immediately if not the same day then next day. The guys there are really good at what they do. I would recommend West Coast Motors Leeds any time.

Mar 30,2025Albert is always super friendly, helpful and does great work on my car! All for very reasonable prices. There's always space for me even last minute. No reason to go anywhere else in Leeds in my opinion.
