Sep 12,2018Perfectly pleasant to deal with, but ordered a component from them for which I was quoted £15, plus £15 delivery. Item arrives, hadn't even been removed from the original RS Components bag - RS sell them at £2.30 each, order including shipping comes out to less than £5 total. You need to be *exceptional* at customer service if you want to charge 600% of retail price.
