Dec 14,2017I have been a working with Craig Westermans and the staff at Westermans now for over 10 years. I buy regularly from him. The machines are good value and he can respond quickly to my needs. He goes out of his way to be helpful. Each shipment to Greece has been received in good condition. I would recommend Westermans for welding equipment.

Dec 13,2017False Advertising. The unit is not what we were told prior to buying. In reply to your reply; your description reads Cut-Off Lathe for 1-4” diameter complete with split-type rotating and stationary frames. I would think the word "complete" means it has the tooling for all those sizes. If you remedy this then we will change our rating. They came through with helping resolve the problem. I would recommend them to others.

Oct 06,2017During the process of trying to identify a tool I was unfamiliar with and had no need for I happened upon the Westermans International website. I had been trying for some time to find someone locally (United States, state of Georgia) to purchase the item to no avail. I noticed that this company bought used equipment and although Westermans was located in a different country than my own I took the chance of filling out the online form offered on their website. In all honesty I didn't expect a response. The events that followed seemed to me to be in some way a divine intervention as I had financial obligations whose deadline was quickly approaching. I received an email the very next day from Bev Kerr in the purchasing department. A more delightful individual to work with you will not find anywhere! She expressed the company's interest in the tool I had and made me a very fair offer, She also offered to arrange and pay for the shipping. I was blown away! We ran across a small hurdle in the process regarding the shipment of the lithium batteries that were included in the case with the Orbitalum RGP 1.5 but through her diligence and constant communication with myself and the freight forwarding company we were able to come up with a solution that was amicable for both parties. Westermans certainly has a jewel in their purchasing crown! She delivered on everything she said she would and I received payment quicker than anticipated! Sadly enough in todays marketplace there is always the fear of being taken advantage of and of being lied to. When dealing with Ms. Kerr and Westermans those situations were of absolutely no concern.
