Feb 17,2023Offers of free or stupidly cheap will are plentiful, but for something so important, more research was necessary. After completing our research and securing quotes from solicitors and will writers, and reading their reviews, we decided to use Western Wills, and we are very glad we did. A member of the Society of Will Writers, professional from the outset, appointments made, always kept, on time, explained all the possible connotations, what we should consider, open and frank re our needs, yet never exerting any pressure. The decision was always ours. The service was first class, not free and not stupidly cheap, but excellent value for money. Thank you Liane.

Liane took the trouble to get to know & understand us & our situation before suggesting a way forward we could never have thought of for ourselves. We had the opportunity to check everything and ask questions so that by the end of the process we knew everything would be covered and handled in the way we would be happiest with. We can now be confident that whatever happens, on our passing our assets will be passed on as we want them to be.

May 09,2020I highly recommend Liane for creating wills - she made the whole process seamless - she came to our home for the appointment, listened to exactly what we wanted to put in our wills, was very accommodating when we needed to rearrange appointments, and was speedy in writing the wills and sending them back to us with detailed instructions on how to complete them. Mar 19,2019I can't recommend Liane at Western Wills highly enough - she made the whole process easy and put our minds at rest after just the initial booking phone call. My husband and I have put off making a will for nearly three years since having our little boy and felt awful about it, I think we thought it would be complex and that the decisions to make would be upsetting and a bit depressing. Liane took all of that away and the first appointment really focussed us, she is incredibly professional and empathetic and with up to date industry knowledge she really put us at ease. After the necessary talks with our family, Liane wrote our wills perfectly, we then had our witnesses and Liane sign them and while we have a copy each, Liane arranges for the official copies to be kept in Legal storage for safe keeping. Both appointments were done in our own home in the evenings after bedtime so no childcare was needed :) It's all been so easy and it's now something we don't have to worry about anymore - I'd recommend you call here first for real peace of mind. Liane is friendly, understanding and a real pleasure to work with. Thank you again Liane :)
