Dec 15,2024One of the OEM wheel’s spoke on my 2010 Audi S-4 cracked through and through. It was a Tri-spoke rim and, as the car’s original owner, I pride myself on maintaining its appearance and reliability. Online prices ran the gamut, and WheelerShip priced its replacement rim competitively. I received the standard delivery in a very reasonable timeframe. The wheel was packed well with protective material, and the rim itself was pristine, correct, and perfectly finished. I’m scheduled to get the rim mounted & balanced tomorrow, but I anticipate no problem. As the original owner, and in its 15th year, my S-4 can continue to perform as it did in its youth with this recent replacement from WheelerShip.

Dec 13,2024Ordered tail lamp paid for overnight shipping (next day) was charged for next day delivery. Got a tracking number showing ground 3 to 4 day delivery. Called and was told it was send though a different vender but I could get a refund on shipping. Been 4 days no part or refund. Ordered from parts.com got tail light the next day. This is a horrible company with no customer service and once they get paid could care less. I have notified my credit card and filed a dispute
