Dec 12,2024Tried calling customer services from 8 am and did not get a rep until 9 am. If you open at 8 I don’t understand why it takes so long to get someone one the phone. Maybe hires more customer reps.

Dec 11,2024I asked for them not to ship my wheel UPS to ship it through the post office. They said no problem. The reason was is my UPS facility burnt to the ground and now I’m getting email from UPS saying that it’s gonna be delayed. I’m pretty upset about this I needed the wheel. Can’t drive my car until I get it.

Dec 10,2024I ordered 4 wheels for my wife's CLA250 on Friday Dec 6th expecting a 3 to 5 day delivery and was floored when the wheels arrived on the following Monday Dec 9th, that was great experience number one. I've purchased online before but never for anything as important as wheels for a car and was a little worried at what might come or might not come so when they arrived I was a little nervous. I opened the first box and pulled away the packing and pulled out the most beautiful wheel I'd ever seen. These wheels are identical to the mercedes oem wheel and they aren't remanufactured , these are brand new wheels. One factory wheel from my mercedes dealer was 1200 dollars with a one yr warranty. Wheelership charged 334 per wheel with the same one yr warranty and an offer to purchase an additional warranty plan, that was great experience number two. These wheels look great and honestly they look better then the factory wheels.

Dec 08,2024Needed a replacement due to a cracked wheel. Item shipped and delivered quickly. Compared to the $1000 OEM, these were much more affordable. Quality is superb and is virtually identical to OEM. I have no doubt this will perform nicely and will purchase again if I need to replace in the future.
