Feb 22,2018We ordered an HSM Profipack 400 from Whitaker. Shortly after this we discovered the order was duplicated in our system and was ordered through another nameless supplier. We spoke to Layla at Whitaker who provided excellent customer service in stopping the duplication in transit and arranging the return. Both Whitaker and HSM had no interest in being punitive with a restocking charge and we were just responsible for shipping charges. Whitaker especially deserves high praise for their customer service and follow through, after all, we didn't even wind up purchasing this machine from them - but they treated us as if we did! This level of customer service is very refreshing. We will en devour to purchase from them in the future! The machine itself has been in service for a about a week and appears very solid and well built.
