I ordered online, followed up with a phone call for a quick question, which was answered immediately. My equipment arrived as promised 3 days later. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future.

One of the parts arrived with some issues and when I contacted them they said no problem and sent a replacement out ASAP. Prices are reasonable and service was great.

Apr 21,2015I'd researched folders for quite awhile. Once I decided on one, I found the best price by far at Whitakers. I chatted with an associate to find out where it was shipping from. I checked the UPS delivery map to find a ground shipment would arrive in 2 days. I put a comment in special instructions stating I needed for the item to ship that day. 2 days later, I had my folder and I paid nothing for shipping. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
