Jun 26,2015My order was apparently shipped promptly, but I got no notification when the order was shipped, and the status of the order on their web site continues to show "processing" even now after I've received my order. Maybe I'm spoiled by other vendors, but it would be nice to get a shipment notification with a tracking number. As it was, I was left wondering whether the order even shipped, and I got a total surprise when the package was delivered.

Even though we were told that since they had to ship to Canada our order would take a bit longer than usual it arrived in much less time than we expected; literally 4 days. It was a nice surprise! After shopping around for a new binding machine, Whitaker Brothers had an impressive breadth of products to choose from. We ordered a new machine and it was delivered to us within a week. Right out of the box, you could tell it was direct from the manufacturer and we had it set up and working in no time. I worked closely with the customer support team to understand product specifications/warranty information, etc. and was very satisfied with the response time and depth of knowledge the support team had. They were so cooperative and easy to deal with in this matter. The only complaint is getting an answer to a question I posted. I would certainly use them for future orders.
