Nov 18,2022Order some Chocolate Footballs (3kg) for my Sons birthday party, ordered Monday and paid for delivery on Wednesday. Nothing turned up, so I contacted on Thursday to be told they don't have the stock and the order was cancelled....but they failed to email and tell me. Great!

Aug 09,2022I assume this is the same company as uk sweets? I ordered friday got a message they will be delivered monday. They arrived saturday when i was out all day. Luckily they were in the shade in porch or chocolate might have melted. Cant fault quick delivery and all dates on sweets were 6months plus. 😊

Jul 28,2022I purchase 5 boxes of sweetarts and was not informed the shelf life was November 2022 (The reason I say this, is at American fizz I was informed). I emailed wholesalesweets customer service and this was their response "With the BBE of Nov 22 we wouldn't class this as short shelf like, we guarantee 90 days on all our products the product you have purchased is over that threshold". Rachel Hackett Hence, this was nowhere before I made the purchase. So yeah, it's going to be a NO for me.

May 24,2022Order arrived when expected with delivery updates, one box of sweets within the container was broken badly so the contents were falling out. I reported this straight away with order details and was contacted 3 working days later where they were sending a replacement box. All sorted easily and via email.

Paid £9.99 for express delivery expecting them to come 3 days after order, the delivery came the next again day! They were packed very well and all came as described. Top quality service.

May 14,2021Terrible ordered mega sour bubblegum hard boiled sweets and got bubblegum bon bons which are sweet and chewy. Contacted sellar and got a refund. Assumed simple error so ordered again and same result wrong sweets sent. Told sellar again through Amazon and no apology or explanation just said would refund money. So no loss financially but I didn't order something just to end up not getting it either they employ people who can't read or just don't care. Either way will never buy from them again. Ordered from alternative supplier and correct goods sent. I mean how hard is it to read the label on the package and compare it to the order. Total incompetence.

Only received half the order to be told well the other half has been refunded with no heads up before and still no refund I wouldn’t of placed the order if I knew would only received half would of gone else where when explained that I got hung up on! I have just read in another review someone else also got the same! Avoid this customer

Oct 23,2020So our experience is not based on their customer service as we didn't have to deal with them. I am giving 5 star review because the sweets we ordered were amazing. We ordered £50 worth back in September for my son's birthday(only 6 ppl invited :) Expiry date late 2021,so not short like some reviews mentioned. My in-laws ordered from them too. The price is amazing and we will order from them again for Christmas. Delivery was very quick too.

Jul 27,2020Poor. Advertise as a good deal which in face value it is....until you hit the checkout. 1 x Box of Kit Kat’s £7.49 + VAT Delivery £5.99!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that’s the standard! If you want SAT AM as an example you are looking at £35.00!!!!!!

Dec 19,2022I ordered several items and I wasn't informed for several days that some of the items were out of stock. I then had to chase for the refund. When physically checking the order, I later established that another one of the items was short delivered, should have been 3kg but instead they sent 250g! I asked for them to send the remainder balance and they said they would refund. This is not the point as the item was part of a Christmas raffle prize. Their customer service is lacking in empathy and clearly their stock control is rubbish! If you don't have the items, don't have them for sale on your website. It's now too late to get from elsewhere and as the second refund hasn't gone through, I'm guessing I will have to chase that too!
