Mar 02,2021Just a shout out to Wholey's in the strip. We bought 2lbs of Scottish Salmon and their sea food rub. Cooked in cast iron skillet-a little olive oil- med heat- then partially covered low and slow. The family loved it! They said it was light, not that greasy feel and the seasoning was really tasty! They ate it all!!!
