i order one 13-14 avg. # untrimmed NY strip. I received 2 separate pieces. one had a silver dollar sized cut out of the fat cap and the other the bottom was sliced all the way through almost to the bottom of the fat cap. these are for a dry ager. the one with the slice is going to have some ugly steak due to the slice and the one with the missing piece out of the fat cap wont age uniformly.
Received the order and the product was frozen. No melting at all.
We order from Wholey’s because my husband is a native Pittsburghian and grew up on their seafood. Wholey’s has the best seafood and the package and ship it all over. Our seafood arrived quickly and was was still frozen and professionally wrapped. We love Wholey’s products! Tasty and delicious! ♥️

The fish was not fresh at all.
My first experience ordering Atlantic salmon was great the product was fresh and tasted great. So I decided to place another salmon order about three months later. The second 5lb shipment of salmon arrived fine and was packed properly, however the salmon had an slight off odor. I decided to try grilling a piece of it. Unfortunately it did not taste good. I tried contacting Wholey Foods online customer service three times and never received a response. They lost our business due to very poor customer service. I no longer recommend doing business with them.
Ordered the Marisol shrimp from the Mexican campeche region in the southern Gulf of Mexico. Our fish dealer here in upstate New York can no longer get it for us. Absolutely great, sweet shrimp. Wholey shipped it out right away, it arrived still frozen two days later, and then a bunch of us enjoyed it immensely at the Saratoga Jazz Festival. It's expensive, but worth it. Their cost, with shipping, is not much more than we used to pay for it locally. Three pounds, 16/20 per pound.

Jul 13,2021I ordered four boxes of conch meat and received three. The fourth box was sent subsequently, which was received in time for my dinner party.. I ordered two snappers and received one large fish. My refrigerator can only accommodate two of a lesser size, similar to what I had ordered sometime ago. I registered with your company and was notified that I had 500 points, later, I acquired 400 plus points. It was not made clear to me how these points are applied. What's the point? Thank you. Mrs.M.
