Both of the young ladies who answered the phone, and Tony in shipping, make it a rewarding experience to have done business with Wholey’s. They were cheerful, accommodating, and professional, all the while making you feel like you were actually in the store, and tending to you like you were the only one there. Apr 22,2021Calamari steaks arrived on time, perfectly packed and surrounded by dry ice, which kept them solidly frozen. Could not wait to try the calamari so I defrosted two filets and prepared them for frying in a simple flour, milk and panko breading with just a bit of sea salt and coarse ground pepper. The strips fried perfectly in a couple of minutes each side and tasted delicious. Could not be more pleased. First time using this product, will not be the last. Bill

I now live a couple of hours away, but if you have never visited Wholey's in the Strip District in Pittsburgh, put it on your to do list!! It's almost like a seafood and meat "museum" experience!! Your family can easily spend over an hour in there!

Apr 21,2021Was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Red snapper is obviously available EVERYWHERE. Been in the stayes a few years now and was really craving some. Just got then delivered and they are GREAT. I was thinking I was only getting 4, as it was the maximum it would allow me to purchase, but actually got 8 HUGE snappers. They look great! Will definitely order again.
