Ordered 2 scarves but only received one even though the invoice in the package said 2. Emailed but never received a reply. Fabulous scarf poor customer service.

Appreciating item (shirt) on pre order from July, nevertheless communication was absent to keep informed of progress & expected delivery... after email to folow up , not replied to,eventually arrived in October .

Good to be able to get the SR suntour spares in the UK. Quick delivery and item prices ok. Looses a star as the postage is high in comparison to competitors for small items.
