May 16,2023Badly labeled products meant I ended up with one wrong sized part. (SR Suntour preloader tool) There's zero description - aside from the titles. Photo was no more help - it looked like it was a double-headed tool. It wasn't. I bought three linked products. The two correct items measured 32mm. Surely quality control/pickers must look at this sort of error and question it? Surely not in this case. Otherwise, delivery was fast. And it should be for £7.50.
