I recently purchased a JPC-12 antenna, cables and adapters from Wimo, and the experience was flawless. The items were carefully packaged, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. The shipping process was smooth and on time, with no issues whatsoever. It’s clear that Wimo takes great care in both product quality and customer satisfaction. I’m thoroughly impressed and will not hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Sehr guter und schneller Service bei mehrfacher Reparatur meines FT-991A. Die Preise sind OK, teilweise etwas teurer aber auch manchmal günstiger als woanders. Lieferungen sind immer einwandfrei.

Habe schon einiges gekauft, Acom1000, Acom2000A, Hexbeam, UKW Antennen. Auch Stecker und Koaxkabelmaterial. Lieferung immer zügig, Pünktlich. Beim Supportanfrage wird der Kunde immer kompetent, freundlich behandelt. Schnelle Lösungen und gute Beratung. Produktsortiment ist umfangreich.

Three days ago I ordered two Yaesu GS-065, today I received them in Paris. I did not expect it at all, mainly because the delivery status update on the website did not work and until the moment of receiving the parcel indicated that the courier service did not pick up my order from the company warehouse... I do not know whose problem this is, the store or the courier service, but I am still happy to receive the order quickly. The packaging turned out to be MUCH better than I expected for an order that is basically impossible to break. These are heavy duty bearings, you know... I respect this approach! Inside the parcel I found gift coasters for mugs and an advent calendar with chocolates inside in honor of the approaching Christmas, it is very nice!

Meine technische Anfrage wurde zwar von der Fr. H.J. an die entsprechende Stelle weitergeleitet - dafür 3 Sterne - aber auch die zweite Anfrage blieb von der Technik unbeantwortet.

I had ordered a readymade madisar saree from wimo. The color i had ordered was not available with them it was not available on the website.The customer care reached out to me 2 days later saying the color is not available. I had asked them i am okay to wait if the same color can be made available else issue a refund. Its been a week i have no reply from them nor are they issuing a refund nor are they confirming on the availability. Very poor customer service

After being a customer for 8 years, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. It started after I received my order: a CS-818 antenna tuner. During testing, I noticed the tuner wasn't working correctly. So I emailed Wimo. The next day, I received a reply from the support team saying I need to return the tuner for warranty repair or exchange. So I shipped it back to them. A little more than one week after they received the tuner, I emailed their support to ask for the current status. They replied that they shipped a replacement to me. Everything went normally up to this point. So then I received the replacement tuner. It included a handwritten, dated and signed note from one of their employees indicating that the replacement tuner was tested. It also included a repair note written in German which I don't understand. So you would expect that everything will work normally, right ? Well, unfortunately it didn't. The replacement unit showed similar issues as the first unit I had received. I was surprised that Wimo didn't notice this during testing since I noticed it almost immediately. It shows that they didn't test it properly before shipping it to me. I emailed their support again, saying that the replacement tuner has issues too. And I asked for a solution and why they didn't notice it first. I even included a video for them as a proof. After 10 days of not receiving a reply, I emailed Wimo again but using their general email address. The next day, they replied by saying my message was forwarded to the support team and that they would contact me ASAP. But after almost 3 (!) weeks, I hadn't heard anything from them... I had the feeling they were just ignoring me and didn't want to admit their mistake. I decided to give them a call. The person on the phone says no one from support is available and asks me to call back the next morning. A bit strange since their website clearly shows a phone number with a title above saying "Support". So I call back the next morning. I explain the whole story and confront them by asking why they don't reply to my emails and to finally provide me with a solution. Guess what they did? They just HUNG UP the phone! (Yes, you read that right). At first, I thought it was accidental but after reading other reviews, it turns out I'm not the first one to experience this... Seriously Wimo?! Is this how you treat your customers? By ignoring them and not wanting to admit your mistake? I called them back (3rd time...) and got the same person on the phone. He apologised (it didn't really sound sincere) and said he would send me a shipping label so that I can return the tuner. But ofcourse I didn't receive it until I send them (yet) another email 3 days later... They provided the shipping label and claimed they "try to solve this issue as quick as possible" (while I had reported it 1 month earlier and not getting response to my emails...). So eventually I shipped it back and got a refund. These events have seriously damaged my trust in Wimo. And I really doubt I would buy anything from them again in the future. I do hope they will evaluate internally want went wrong here so that other customers don't have to experience the same thing ever again!

Schade dass der angeblich größte deutsche Händler nicht selbst einen Stand auf der aktuellen Messe Hamradio 2024 hat und hier ausstellt. Stattdessen gibt er online Rabatte, das ist unserer Meinung nach kein Fair Play den anderen Ausstellern gegenüber, die jedes Jahr hierher kommen! Unser Fazit, wir bestellen nichts mehr bei Wimo und ein Hoch an die kleinen und großen präsenten Händler hier in Friedrichshafen vy 73 de OE3YCB und OE3MZC und einer großen Gruppe von hamradio Freunden

Au-delà de mes attentes. Ne sachant pas recevoir une platine de remplacement de la part du constructeur, la société WIMO a pris la décision de me renvoyer un nouvel émetteur. De plus j’avais mis un ICOM 7000 en réparation, il est revenu parfaitement réparé et en guise de geste commercial pour l’attente, WIMO m’a offert un ICOM 7000 sans écran comme émetteur mobile de réserve (neuf dans la boîte d’origine). Les retards que rencontre WIMO sont dû principalement à un constructeur qui tarde à renvoyer les pièces de rechanges, cela implique que tous les autres revendeurs dans l’espace européen COMMERCIAL se trouvent impactés de la même façon. Pour ma part je reste fidèle à WIMO entreprise sérieuse et de confiance. Beyond my expectations. Not knowing how to receive a replacement board from the manufacturer the company WIMO made the decision to send me a new transmitter. In addition, I had an ICOM 7000 repaired, it came back perfectly repaired and as a commercial gesture for the wait, WIMO offered me an ICOM 7000 without screen as a spare mobile transmitter (new in original box). The delays encountered by WIMO are mainly due to a manufacturer who delays in returning spare parts, this implies that all other resellers in the European COMMERCIAL area are impacted in the same way. For my part, I remain loyal to WIMO, a serious and trustworthy company.

Client depuis plusieurs années, j'ai acheté pas mal de matériel, livraison normale, bon contact jusque cette année mon matériel défectueux Amplificateur de tension MFJ-4416C, acheté le 17 02 2023, déjà rentré en réparation le 15 05 2023, et maintenant le service est saturé ?pas de nouvelles du SAV, pas de retour annoncé ?demande envoyée le 09 04 2024 pas de contact, a réfléchir pour un prochain achat ?

Ho comprato un’antenna attiva per le onde corte, l’ho ricevuta a casa con un po’ di ritardo (dovuto al corriere DPD, probabilmente) integra. Sono stati anche abbastanza gentili a contattare il corriere per capire che fine aveva fatto il mio pacco contenente l’antenna. Se non fosse stato per il ritardo della consegna avrei dato 5 stelle.

Commande de matériel délais respectés bien emballés. Service après vente Nikel et en français. Moi qui parle très peu l anglais pas du tout l allemand cela ma bien aidé. en plus je suis un peu pointilleux et néophyte.et on a pris le temps pour les explications je reviendrais.

Die Hotline hat ein offenes Ohr auch für Änderungswünsche nach Abschicken der Bestellung. In meinem Bsp. hätteich gerne das bestellte Kabel gerne etwas länger, so das ich auch den mitbestellten 12m Spyderbeam mit der 1/2 Lambda voll ausnutzen kann. Ich bekam die fehlenden 2m sogar gratis..., das ist echt super!

Bestellung und Lieferung komplett problemlos. Auch ein "pfeifendes" Ladegerät wurde unbürokratisch ersetzt. Klar, kostet nicht die Welt, aber dennoch: TOP.

Hatte eine Mobiel Antenne bestellt, die leider zu gross und zu scher war, nach Tel. mit WIMO bekam ich eine E-Mail mit RMA Nummer und schickte die Antenne zurück, gleichzeitig bekam ich in der E-Mail alternativ Antennen aufgelistet, aus der ich mir eine bestellte und die passt genau zu meiner Anwendung. Die Lieferungen und Gutschriften waren schnell abgeschlossen.
