Aug 03,2021I’ve been looking for a good quality but reasonably priced 250cl carafe for a while (in case you’re wondering to measure/moderate my wine drinking) and some nice champagne saucers for a housewarming gift. I came across their website and and found exactly what I’ve been looking for. Great selection of products clearly described and illustrated and very fairly priced. I must mention the delivery and packing- first rate always a worry sending glassware. Very impressed

Jul 22,2021I purchased a 50/60 Cellarstak wine rack, neck tags and pen. The items were very well packed in easily recyclable packaging. Dispatch was quick and delivered by DPD, one of the best couriers in my opinion. The Wineware website is really useful. We wanted to site the wine rack in an under stairs pantry so the planner for the Cellarstak was very useful. Thank you for great service.

Jul 14,2021When they say 'orders over £50 qualify for free postage', they mean exactly that; an order of £50 does not qualify. Having said that, it is the only critisism I have. The items were exactly as described on the web site, the order was dispatched quickly, and was well packaged preventing any damage in transit.

Jul 13,2021People say many times that e-commerce is impersonal. That 's not true. I just had a very pleasant experience while making a purchase via Wineware. The product I wanted was not in stock and I had a back and forth discussion with Ella from customer service who tried to find ready to ship alternatives and even check the feasibility for a potential option. It was like I were in a store. Very inspiring. Thank you.
