Nov 04,2021I wanted to buy re-usable stoppers for opened wine bottles. I had a system bought about 20 years ago that worked very well but the vacuum pump was on its last days. The new system works very well and the stoppers are reliable. The delivery was on time and the system was not expensive compared to buying new bottles.

It's a company I can trust when I go to buy new or replacement items. Secondly, the service. Prompt and efficient with great communication. Also that extra mile which is so important: A few years ago I needed an item quite urgently. Never mind about worrying about couriers, as I live just a few miles away it was personally delivered!! In summary, a company to trust.

Oct 26,2021I ordered wine glasses. There was a wide choice and the price of the glasses I bought was considerably lower than I had been able to find elsewhere. Ordering was easy and the delivery arrived within 2 days. One corner of the cardboard box that the order was in was dented when it arrived and I feared the worst. However, the glasses were very well packed and protected and there was no damage. I would have no hesitation in using Wineware again.

Oct 11,2021I have made several purchases from Wineware, and have been very impressed by the service. Most recently I accidentally broke a Zalto wine glass and looked to replace it. Unfortunately Wineware had non in stock but were accepting pre orders. Due to COVID supplies from Austria were delayed several months. Wineware did an excellent job of keeping me informed and offered full refund if I didn’t wish to wait. When shipments from Zalto resumed, my order was delivered the next working day free of charge. I received a complimentary glass polishing cloth for my patience. Great customer service. Every accoutrement a wine lover needs.

Oct 11,2021Easy to use website. My order did suffer delays due to problems at the manufacturer but Wineware kept me regularly updated about the problems and offered alternatives, or my money back. I persevered with my order and have now received my beautiful Zalto wine glasses. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.
