Aug 13,2021I am so happy I found this website. I get great advice. I also have been taking the supplements for the symptoms associated with menopause (hot flashes, sweats etc). It is Herbal Equilibrium and it is excellent. I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks and it has helped me tremendously. I am starting to feel like my old self again.

Aug 12,2021This product works. My hair is healthy and shiny again as are my nails. My skin is gorgeous. I'm not exhausted all the time. It even fixed issues with my monthly cycle I thought were due to something else. There are other thyroid products on the market, but because of the cycle issues, I decided to go for a women's blend. I'm so glad I did. No fuss, easy subscription.

Aug 11,2021I have a subscription for Dr. Susan Brown’s Better Bones Builder which I receive through the Women’s Health Network. In spite of the fact that I am in Canada the supplements generally arrive on a regular schedule. Understandably there have been a few glitches due to the strain that Covid has put on both the US and Canadian Postal Services. However it is always easy to sort any problems out by as phone call to the Women’s Health Network. They immediately know who I am by my phone number and are most pleasant in responding to whatever situation arises.

Aug 11,2021I am very disappointed in the new Better Bones Builder. The cost is the same and it leaves out all the amino acid supplements, especially the lysine which helps keep osteoporosis under control.

I was able to go off of estrogen patch & progesterone & use natural supplements that they offer. One year later & very pleased. It has helped with sleep issues as well. Their customer service support is very good. Always interested in figuring out a solution. Appreciate the one on one with an expert. Highly recommend.

Aug 19,2021The WHN WheySational supplement powder -- chocolate -- is delicious. I mix mine with goat milk kefir and frozen blueberries to boost nutrition. Only complaint, it's a bit pricey, and soy content gave me a reaction, Customer service is always helpful.
