Jun 08,2023One of the items was damaged, luckily it was a shelf so I could put the damage underneath. I assume it was the courier that damaged the item rather than woodbypost. Overall the quality of product is very good, it's just let down by the courier they use.

All we had to do was measure the old door, add the difference for the new door, go on to the website and find a matching sample, and fill the online order form in. Then bobs your uncle! A few days later a courier knocks at your door with a perfectly wrapped panel cut exactly to size, couldn't be any easier. We found the website was easy to navigate and understand. Payment was so simple with the online payment portal. A fantastic company, a real jewel of a find, in fact my only disappointment is that I had not know about them earlier. I will definitely be a return customer. We found their customer care to be exemplary, really very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble! A++ P.S. And they don’t just sell wood!
