Like the idea of getting wood exactly the correct size and being professionally edged. Arrived as requested. I initially thought it was scratched until I realized that wood had protective film to keep laminate in food condition. Very useful as I will be tiling up to edges and this will protect it while I finish. Would use this service again.

Superb product at a great price with a speedy delivery. Wood By Post could do with being bumped up Goggle search results as it took a while to find someone that could supply a table top over 1200mm square.

Needed some doors in MDF high gloss white for my fish tank stand and wood by post is perfect for this. 2nd time I’ve used this company and would use again. Doors delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. I’d asked for hinge holes but I got the positions wrong. Wouldn’t have known until they were delivered but fortunately wood by post checked with myself before proceeding as they didn’t think it was right. That is great customer service and also delivery was very quick. Highly recommended

I have purchased from woodbypost before so I knew the quality of service, however on reordering I used the old link it was saying no longer available(gutted) so I began looking other sites saying you have to buy a full board, all measuring box were hard to work out! The i saw the woodbypost add, entered I found still did the wood I just (must) needed refreshing, this order came with a little mark on it, contacted by email had a very quick reply and very quickly rectified thank you for your service.

I was looking for a black gloss wood supplier to provide materials to make a TV cabinet as I couldn't find a ready made one I liked. I was impressed at the range of materials wood by post have, the options for finishes, e.g. edging etc and ho easy it was to configure my order using their website. When the wood arrived it was 100% accurate according to my cutting list, well protected and packaged and I thought good value. Will definitely be using them again next time I need to make some custom furniture.
