Sep 11,2020Even though I made a mistake with the measurements a quick email soon rectified this. The wood turned up nicely finished. My only criticism would be the lead time though I do understand most things are taking longer than usual at the moment

Sep 08,2020Panels arrived well packaged and plastic laminated. Measurement are spot on. The hole for the heavy duty hinge is 2mm shallower maybe the drill bit will poke out the front surface, standard hinge hole is ok. Other than that superb quality and service.

Sep 04,2020I had never used this company before but I have used them a few times now! The project was the downstairs toilet and I wanted Anthracite panels to block in pipe work. Website was easy to use from the measurements I needed, price was good and delivery was quicker than I had anticipated. I did need to email them to add to my order and they responded quickly. In my opinion a great company, no complaints and I would use again and would happily recommend.

Jun 03,2020Having placed an online order I paid on the same day, money has been taken 9 days ago. I do appreciate these are strange times and that delays are more frequent, however I have not been able to get an answer from the landline further, the email address on the website is not known. As far as I am aware CORONAVIRUS does not affect website connection, nor has it affected the telephone system. I am concerned that my money has been taken and no action, I have had no confirmation of order, no communication at all.....does this indicate Woodbypost has shut down....Not according to the website as it contains a statement on Coronavirus...It is certainly not a good but don’t despair they do provide the product...however communication is not a strong point. May 25,2020I've made several orders from Woodbypost, and every one has exceeded my expectations. The wood is high quality and well packaged. It arrives protected around the edges with sacrificial wood. All pieces have been cut exactly to my dimensions and has good quality edging applied to all edges I requested. Their product and workmanship has allowed me to produce some stunning pieces of furniture.

Mar 17,2020Ordered a small quantity of Melamine Faced Chipboard in gloss black, aluminium and grey. Order placed first thing Monday morning and delivered just after lunch the following day!!! Quality and density of the chipboard used is excellent and cleanly cut. Melamine facing is perfect, all edges and corners perfectly matched. Having dealt with two other board suppliers I really wish I had found this company before. Much superior quality, delivery and prices.

Sep 27,2019I have just unpacked my order which was delivered today, 8 days after I placed my order. I suppose it could have been quicker, but it was well worth waiting for. Unpacking took a while, because everything was so securely and carefully packed. The cuts are crisp and clean with no sign of a saw mark, and not even the tiniest chip out of the coating. The edgings are perfect. Every board is delivered to the precise size I ordered, to the last millimetre. This is the sort of quality you hope for, but seldom get. Highly recommended.
