Jan 18,2022Product was OK and delivery OK (albeit expensive). I had a problem with one of the panels which, in my view, was caused by a less than clear instruction on the web site. They were not interested in my point of view and when challenged simply ignored my emails. I have since bought further panels from elsewhere.

Jan 16,2022I needed a new matching front panel to my bathroom vanity unit, found Wood by Post on a search for white gloss melamine, the site was excellent to use and could enter the exact size required and edgings, arrived well packed within 5 days of ordering and perfect and a higher quality replacement to the original, highly recommended without hesitation.

Dec 24,2021Absolutely fantastic company with brilliant customer service. The pieces ordered were cut perfectly to size (to the millimetre) and of high quality finish. They were well packaged, but unfortunately a couple were still slightly damaged in transit. I sent an email on Sunday night, had a response the next morning and received replacements the very next day! This was in spite of the workshop already having closed for Christmas too! Would highly recommend and would happily use again in future.

Jan 19,2022I recently ordered several panels from this company to build a bathroom cabinet. The product quality is good and the delivery was quick (albeit quite expensive) but the end result is a cabinet of the exact dimensions for my needs. There were some issues with the location of the hinge holes which were not resolved by email (and which initially left me not very impressed with their customer service) but I received a call from the company this morning and I feel happy that they have now fully listened to my concerns and have suggested remedial action that resolves the issue.
