Good price for the service but they were badly let down by the delivery courier - it arrived 2 days later than I was informed and it was slightly damaged on arrival. I accepted a small discount as compensation because I couldn't wait for a replacement to be sent to me.

Required a high gloss furniture panel to cover an area in the kitchen. So simple….. measured the area, excellent colour match ( had previously ordered a sample which was delivered the following day. Filled in the order form, very easy to do … The panel was delivered within 48 hours and a perfect fit Excellent service

Great company, very impressed with customer service, responsiveness and speed of delivery. Ordered a sample piece of wood and received a similar colour to compare with, which was really appreciated and seems their standard practice as this happened with two samples. I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery as I know lead times are a bit longer at the moment, and received prompt response saying they were expecting an order next day and would work on it and get it shipped asap. True to their word it arrived bang on time and I was very pleased with the order. I now have a nice matching standing desk for my office thanks to Ste and the team!

I placed an order with Wood By Post late afternoon and it was ready to collect next day , what better service can you ask for . The quality of the product they supplied was top class and the dimensions i requested were spot on. Excellent service. Questions about their products were answered quickly before I ordered and delivery was very rapid once the order was placed. Delivery cost is quite high if your order is small but it is a flat rate and obviously some of their products would be classed as awkward/heavy. All in all recommended supplier.
